She fell in love with the people and the serenity and decided this was where she would live and raise a family. Nayar is consistently reminded of her early beginnings of making art out of found objects from natural or manmade materials. Almost anything has the potential to be art. Different mediums including, wood, plaster, clay, paint, glass, and other recycled materials make for unusual art. She is not trapped in one style or medium. This show is a part of McNally Robinson’s Small Works Gallery series: a monthly exhibit of work from a Winnipeg based artist displayed on the walls of Prairie Ink Restaurant.
